INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS for KK-F-VAK FORD VAN REAR AIR VENT ADAPTER KIT TOOLS REQUIRED: Ratcheting wrench Standard & Metric Socket Set Screwdriver set Wire cutters HARDWARE: QTY DESCRIPTION PART # 1 .
KK-F-VAK_INST_10-08 2 Remove the hex head screw on the vent cover Remove the vent cover mpletely. It will not be re-use co d. l Remove the hex head lag bolt ocated above the blower motor of the OEM re.
KK-F-VAK_INST_10-08 3 Align the assembly so the hole in the assembly lines up with th e “J clip”. Re-attach using the hex head lag bolt removed earlier At the intake side of the OEM unit, attach the hose plate as shown above using (2) #10 x ¾” sheet metal screws Attach the (2) #10 x ¾” sheet metal screws at the location shown above.
Attach the “Y” duct hose adaptor to the 8 foot front duct hose and connect both 4 foot hoses from “Y” to vents in driver and passenger side front ceiling.
