22 T roubleshooting Below are a few com mon p roblems a nd how to solv e t hem. Problem: e Feeder is not recog ni ze d by the sc a nner or Flex Color so wa re. Solution: e elec tronic con nect ion bet ween t he sc a nner a nd feeder is probably not secu re enoug h.
