4 INTRODUCTION INT RODUCTION Introduction Thank you for purchasing the Harman Kardon ® HKTS 18, with which you’re about to begin many years of listening enjoyment. The HKTS 18 has been custom-designed to provide all the excitement and power of the cinema experience in your own living room.

T urn the control clockwise to increase the SUB-TS18’ s volume , or counterclockwise to decrease it.

8 MOUNTING OPTIONS MOUNTING OPTIONS The satellite speakers may be wall-mounted using the supplied brackets . Satellites and Surrounds The satellite speakers may be placed on a shelf . Place each satel- lite speaker on one of the supplied coasters for added stability and to protect your furniture .
SPEAKER CONNECTIONS 9 Speaker -Level Connection Guide IMPORT ANT NOTE: Before making speaker connections , be certain that your receiver or audio power amplifier is turned off and preferably unplugged from its AC power source . The SUB-TS18 subwoofer should not be connected to an AC power source until all speaker wire connections have been made .
