2 Installation Considerations For best results, Hansgrohe recommends that this unit be installed by a licensed, profes- sional plumber . Please read over these instructions thoroughly before beginning installation. Make sure that you have all tools and supplies needed to complete the installation.

4 Install the handles Swing C, T ango C, Limbo C only: Install the deco-rings on the handles Install the connecting hoses Push a compression nut and ferrule over the end of the connecting hose. Push the end of the hose into the valve outlet. T ighten the compression nut wrench tight.
5 Install the pull rod Solaris E, Stratos E, Metro E, and Swing C only : The pull rod is cur ved. It should be installed with the cur ve as shown in the diagram. T ango C and Limbo C only: The pull rod is straight. All models: Hold the lever in the desired “off” position with one hand.
6 Install the Pop Up Drain Remove the plunger assembly . Unscrew the drain outlet flange from the tee. Unscrew the tailpiece from the tee. W rap the threads with T eflon tape and replace. Install the flexible sealing gasket to the flange. Sit it in the sink outlet.
