6 Using Y our Drink Mixer 1. BEFORE FIRST USE: W ash container and mix- ing shaft before using. See Cleaning instructions. 2. Set Control Switch to O (OFF).
7 1. T o clean the mixing shaft, place 8 ounces (237 ml) warm, soapy water in stainless steel container . Place container onto Drink Mixer . Set Control Switch to Low for 30 sec- onds. When finished, turn unit to O (OFF). 2. Repeat Step 1 with warm water only to rinse mixer shaft.
8 Smoothies/Fruit Drinks Citrus Burst Smoothie 3 ⁄ 4 cu p lemonade 1 ⁄ 4 cu p lemon yogurt 1 ⁄ 2 cu p lime sherbet Place all ingredients into stainless steel container .
9 Smoothies/Fruit Drinks Orange-Sicle Smoothie 3 ⁄ 4 cup orange juice 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Place all ingredients into stainless steel container . Mix until desir ed consistency is reached. Y ield: 1 serving. Bucket of Fruit Smoothie 6 ounces lowfat peach yogurt 1 ⁄ 2 cup orange juice 2 fresh strawberries.
10 Smoothies/Fruit Drinks Always add liquid ingredients first then r emaining ingredients. Start mixing on LOW then increase Speed to HIGH. Pr ocess to desired consistency , about 1 to 2 minutes.
11 Milk Shakes T raditional Chocolate Malt Milkshake 1 scoop vanilla yogurt 1 ⁄ 4 cup cold milk 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoons chocolate malt syrup Place all ingredients into stainless steel container . Mix until desir ed consistency is reached. Y ield: 1 serving.
12 Milk Shakes Chocolate Mint Mallow Milkshake 2 scoops chocolate ice cream 1 ⁄ 4 cup cold milk 2 tablespoons marshmallow creme 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candy pieces Place all ingredients into stainless steel container . Mix until desir ed consistency is reached.

15 Mexican Cheese Omelet 3 eggs 2 ounces Monter ey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese, shredded 1 tablespoon water or milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon mar garine or butter Place eggs, cheese, water or milk, salt and pepper in stainless steel container .
