7 How to Assemble Y our M ixer 1. Make sure Setting Contr ol is set to O and Mixer is unplugged. 2. Press up on Mixer Release Button and tilt Mixer Head up. 3. Place Bowl in bowl lock and turn clockwise until Bowl locks into place. 4. Press up on Mixer Release Button and tilt Mixer Head down.

9 Using Y our Stand Mixer Attachments The following mixing guide is a suggestion for selecting mixing settings. Begin on setting 2 and increase to desir ed setting depending on the recipe consistency .
