Lag shield anc hors with l ag bol ts and anc hor studs ( Figure 7 ) are two popular methods for anchoring an objec t to a c oncrete floor .

G048 4 Gear H ead Mill / Dr ill - 1 7 - T able T ra v el ( X -A xi s and Y -A xi s ) Longitudinal Feed The longitudinal feed, or X -a xis, is mov ed by the handwheel at the right end of the table. The handwheel will mov e the table in both d irec - tions side -to- side.
- 1 8 - G04 84 Gear Head Mill / Drill 6. Clear away all items from the cutter before turning the mill/drill ON . T o r emove tooling fro m the spindle : 1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER! 2. Return the headstock to the highest position and loosen the drawbar.

Use a manual oile r ( oil can) filled with ISO 6 8 or SAE 20W non- detergent oil. T o lubricate ball oilers, depress the ball with the tip of the oil can nozzle a nd squir t a lit tle oil inside the fitting.
