Application Description A SIP proxy server such as Asterisk or a SIP r egistrar server can be depl oyed with the GXW-4 10xv series. In this environment, the SIP server handles SIP registration and call control and the GXW-4 10xv processes media conversion between I P and PSTN call s.

E ND U SER C ONFIGURATION Once this HTTP request is entered and sent from a Web browser, the GXW-41 0xv will respond with a login screen. Automatic Upgrade Choose Yes to enable auto matic upgrade and provisioning. In “Check for ne w firmware every” field, enter the number of days to enable GXW-410xv to che ck the server for firmware upgrade or configuration in the def ined period of days.
Configuring the FXO channels o n the GXW – 410xv is an easy process. Follo w the GUI interfaces. The Device Status page terms are defined in Table 9: FXO Lines Co nfiguration Definitions. An example of the Channel Dialing Configuratio n is shown in Figu re 6.

The GXW-410x v will display the following screen to confirm that the c hanges have be en saved. Reboot or power cycle the GXW-410xv after all the changes are made so that those cha nges can take effect.
