Setup 6 310892F Setup 1. Connect appr opr iate Graco high-p ressure hose to spray er. Tighten secu rely . 2. Install adapter an d 3.6m whip hose to other end of 15m airless hose. 3. Install whip hose to fluid inlet of spra y gun. 4. Tighten securely .
Setup 310892F 7 6. Remov e inlet strainer and filter bowl screen when spraying plaster materi- als. 7. Fill throat packing nut with TSL to pre- v ent premature packing wear . Do this each time you spra y . 8. Check engine oil le vel. Add SAE 10W -30 (summer) or 5W -20 (winter), if necessary .

Startup 10 310892F Star tup 1. Place suction tube and drain tube in grounded metal pail par tially fi lled with flushing fluid. Attach ground wire to pail and to ear th ground. 2. T ur n prime valve do wn. T ur n pressure control counterclockwise to low- est pressure.
