For best results use this feature with two (2) CDI-300™ players. Connect your CDI-300’ s as described in the set-up section of this manual.

Pressing the PLA Y/P AUSE BUTTON (14) with an audio CD inserted will imme - diately start playback.
8. SCANNING (F AST FORW ARD / F AST REVERSE) This function gives you a fast sear ch thr ough a disc or track. T urn the SEARCH KNOB (21) in clockwise dir ection for fast forward or tur n the knob counterclockwise for fast reverse. Y ou can scan in four different forward and four differ ent reverse speeds depending on how much you r otate the knob.
Storing A Cue Point: Once you have set your CUE Point by one of the two means listed on page 16, you may stor e your cue point in one of the BANK BUTTONS (4).
11. EDITING A LOOP: Please note: Only the ending point of the loop may be edited.
12. Using the Built In Sampler: Y our CDI-300™ comes with an advanced built in sampler . Y ou may store up to four samples. One sample in each of the four BANK BUTTONS (4) (Once again please note you may only store either a CUE POINT or a SAMPLE into a BANK BUTTON (4), not both).

RECALL FLASH MEMOR Y : The CDI-300 can store all your user programmed cue points in to memory . These cue points may be r ecalled at any time, even when a disc has been removed and reinserted at a later time.
