Installation The agi tator speed contr oller fits the fo llowing Grac o pneumati c rotary m otors: Motor Part N o. 101140 16A8 71 101388 111310 NOTE: Before i nstalling, e nsure that the agi tator air motor has a t least 5 in. (12.7 cm) of ve rtical clearanc e and 4 in.
4. Using th e allen wren ch (25) and multi -function wrenc h (26), tighte n the comp ression nut ( 24) onto the flange co nnector at least 1/8 turn pas t finger t ight. Operation Connect the ma in air line to th e quick disconn ect fitting (2 8) on the agitator speed c ontroller . D o not exceed the maxim um air inle t pressur e of 100 ps i (0.7 MPa, 7.0 bar ). Set the agi tator speed using the kno b (16) on the top of th e speed contr oller.
Troubleshoo ting Prob lem So lution The spe ed controll er does not adju st for a cha nge in load, or shuts o ff before the knob (16) is turne d all the way do wn. Remove the n eedle (13 ). and li berally lu bricate the needle and o- ring (33) w ith multi-pu rpose lithium based grease.
