6 1 - RINGER SETTINGS A switch located on the upper side allows the ringer to be switched : Off, : Low , : Hi Y our phone comes with the ringer switched to «High» and the melody set to «6»: Low Mi.
7 2 - T ONE/PULSE SWITCH (T/P) The T one/Pulse switch is factory pre-set to T one position (T). In the US,all telephone exchanges now use T one dialling.If your phone does not dial out, it is probably being used from an older private switch- board (PBX).
8 1- RECEIVING VOLUME AND T ONE ADJUSTMENT Y ou can adjust the receiving volume and tone according to your own hear- ing requirements. The button AMPLIFY allows extra volume and tone functions to be activated or deactivated during the conversation.
9 Adjust the T ONE and VOLUME buttons to fi t the levels to your own hearing requirements. 2 - SENDING VOLUME LEVEL ADJUSTMENT If your voice is quiet or called parties have dif fi culty hearing you, you can increase the sending level volume with the switch located on the upper side.
10 1 - ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS - When an incoming call is received the phone will ring and the incoming call indicator will fl ash. T o answer the call lift the handset and speak. - On completion of the call, carefully replace the handset in the cradle to release the line.
11 6 - ST ORING TELEPHONE NUMBERS Y our telephone Ampli1 100 can store 12 direct memories. T o store a number please follow instructions below: - Lift the handset. - Press PROG button. - Press M1, M2, ... M12 to locate the number . - Dial the number .
