SETTING UP SOLAR4 CID 1 - RINGER HI/LO/OFF The ringer level switch is located on the underside of the base unit (lift the base unit to gain access to the switch).Set the switch to ‘OFF’ position if you do not wish the telephone to ring, otherwise leave the switch in ‘LO’ or ‘HI’ position to adjust the ring level.
4 - AREA AND LONG DIST ANCE CODE SETTING (Only under “ENGLISH 1” language) In order to use your call records to dial, the telephone need to distinguish between local and long distance calls. Y ou need to program your area code. In the state of OFF-HOOK, do as the following steps: - Press and hold button.
USING THE PHONE SOLAR4 CID 1 - ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS When an external call is received, the telephone will ring. T o take the call lift the handset to answer the call. 2 - DIALING A NUMBER Lift the handset, await the dial tone and dial required number.
SOLAR4 CID 8 - NEW CALL INDICA TOR The red indicator light of your phone will flash when you have new calls. The light will continue to flash until you review the calls displayed on the screen.
1 - MESSAGE W AITING If you have voicemail service from your telephone company and a recorder message is left, the screen will display message waiting. “ MSG ” will then appear in the upper left corner . The icon will remain until you have retrieved your voice mail and the MESSAGE W AITING will save as a call.
5 - REPEA T CALLS If a call comes repeatedly , the display will show “REPEA T” icon in the upper right corner of the LCD. 6 - END OF LIST This message is displayed when use or button to reach the top or end of the call history list. If there are no call, then LCD show “ END OF LIST ”.
Subsription to Caller ID service from your local phone company is required before initial use. 1 - REVIEW YOUR CALL RECORDS Use or button to scroll browse throught the caller list. At the end of the call record list, you will see the “ END OF LIST ” message.

La souscription d’un abonnement au services d’identification d’appel est requise pour l’utilisation des fonctions suivantes: 1 - VISUALISA TION D’APPELS ENREGISTRES Appuyez sur ou pour entrer dans la liste des appels entrants. A la fin de la liste, le message “ FIN DE LISTE ” sera affiché.
Note : Les fonctions de rappels du derniers numéros ne fonctionnera pas si le numéro sélectioné est bloqué ou invalide.Si la ligne est occupée,décrochez le combiné pour obtenir la tonalité et appuyez ensuite sur OK .
