Features of Your Microwave Oven Cooki~ Complete Reminder (For all cooking features except Auto Roast Code 4.) To remind you that you have food in the oven, the oven will display “End” and beep once a minute until you either open the oven door or touch the CLEAR/OFF pad.
Defrosting by ~me The Time Defrost setting is designed for speedy thawing of frozen food and is one of the great advantages of a microwave oven. Use the Time Defrost setting to quickly thaw foods such as bread, rolls, vegetables, fruits and frozen dinners.

Auto Roast Guide Automatic Simmer (Auto Roast Code 4) Your cookbook has information on Automatic Simmering, including guides and recipes. Total time includes time to bring food to 180°F., and hold at that temperature until done. Set Auto Simmer like Auto Roast as explained on page 12.
Auto Defrost With the Auto Defrost feature, the oven automatically sets the defrosting times and power levels for you. Use the Auto Defrost guide on the following page. Enter the food weight in pounds and tenths of a pound (see Conversion Guide at right).
