Using Auto Recipe ™ Conversion When using convection bake, the Auto Recipe ™ Conversion feature will automatically convert entered regular baking temperatures to convection baking temperatures. Once the feature is activated, the display will show the actual converted (reduced) temperature.

The Sabbath feature can be used for baking/roasting only . It cannot be used for convection, broiling, self-cleaning or Delay Start cooking.
Aluminum Foil Y ou can use aluminum foil to line the broiler pan and broiler grid. However , you must mold the foil tightly to the grid and cut slits in it just like the grid. Aluminum foil may also be used to catch a spillover . Never entirely cover a rack with aluminum foil.

Multi-rack baking may increase cook times slightly for some foods but the overall result is time saved.
Press the CONVECTION BAKE MUL TI/ 1 RACK pad once ( CONVECTION BAKE MUL TI mode) for multi-rack convection baking. This mode is used for cooking food items on more than one rack (i.e., 2, 3 or more racks) at the same time in convection bake. See Multi-Rack Baking section for more information.
