The direction of the unit will be accounted for duri ng the calibration procedure as shown in Figure 4-3.

If ice accumulates on the GTP 59 OAT probe, its accuracy is unknown. Consequently, air temperature measurements may be incorrect if ice accumulates on the probe.

The mounting location, geometry, and surr oundings of the antenna can affect the system performance and/or availability.
