Actions allow you to: z Share the scanned docume nt files with others. You can save scanned image data directly in a sha red folder on a network upon scanning.

About Actions (for Windows users) 75 The application configured in Inte rnet Explorer is used as the e-mail prog ram. The e-mail program may not properly link to th e Sc anSnap even it is the e-ma il program se t in Internet Explorer. In this case, contact the manufacturer of the e-mail software.
