Set up the camera as described below (you can reset the clock or change languages at any time using the F DA TE/TIME or Q a options in the setup menu; for information on displaying the setup menu , see page 88).

48 Focus Mode ■ The Focus Indicator The focus indicator turns gr een when the subject is in focus and blinks white when the camera is unable to focus . Brackets (“( )”) indicate that the camera is focusing and are displayed continuously in mode C while the shutt er button is pressed half- way .
