6 Installing the ailerons / Montage van de r olroer en Montierung des Querrudern / Montage des ailerons Put a little bit of cyanoacrylate on one side of the hinge and check the aileron to make sur e that it moves freely . Repeat these steps for the other side of the hinge.
7 Installing the ailerons servos / Montage van de servo's voor de r olroer en Montierung des Servos für die Querrudern / Montage des servos d'aileron Remove the covering in the hole of the hatch so that the servoarms can pass.
8 Installing the ailerons servos / Montage van de servo's voor de r olroer en Montierung des Servos für die Querrudern / Montage des servos d'aileron Connect the servo lead of the servo in the ailerons with an ex- tensionlead (PL013.25) of 25cm.
9 Installing the rudder horns on the ailerons / Montage van de roerhoornen op de rolr oeren Montierung von die Horner auf die Querruder n / Installation des guignols d'aileron Connect the push rod with the clevise. Connect the control horn to the clevis and secure with the rubber band.
10 Assembling the wings / Samenstellen van de vleugel Zusammenstellen des Flugelfl ächen / Assemblage des ailes Apply wood glue into the holes of the wing joiner and also on the wing joiner . Assemble the two wingparts and keep them during the hardening of the glue.
11 Install the wing / Installeren van de vleugel Anbringen vom Flugel / Installation de l'aile Fig. 17 Screw the 2 scr ews for the fi xa- tion of the wing on the fuselage. Fig. 17. Put a pin in the middle of the backside of the fuselage. Fig. 18.
12 Belly pan / Bodemdeksel Abdeckungsplatte / Capot d'aile Remove the belly pan covering in the 2 holes to pass the wing screws. Fig. 26. Put some glue on the inside of the edge of the belly pan. Fix the belly pan on the fuselage and hold it during the hardening of the glue.
13 Align the stabilizer / Uitlijnen van het hoogteroer Ausrichten vom Höhenruder / Alignement du stabilisateur Put some glue on the hinges of the elevator . Fig. 30. Remove the covering in the slot of the fuselage. Fig. 31. Slide the stabilizer in the fuselage and align with the fuselage and wing.
14 Installing the rudder / Montage van het richtingsroer Montierung des Seitenruders / Montage de la gouverne de direction Remove the covering in the slots of the vertical fi n as shown on Fig. 40. Install the vertical fi n on the fuse- lage and mark the fuselage on the vertical fi n.
15 Installing the control horns / Installeren van de r oerhoornen Montierung von Hörner / Installation des guignols Screw the nylon clevises on the push rods. Connect the clevises with the control horns. Place them on the rudders, Fig. 53. Fix the control horns with the delivered screws and nylon supports.
16 Installing the canopy / Monteren van het cockpitvenster Montierung des Kabinenhaube / Installation de la verrière de cabine Cut out the canopy on the marks. Check the position of the canopy on the fuselage en glue the metal rod on the canopy . Make sure the metal rod passes the canopy by 5mm.
17 Installing the receiver / Installer en van de ontvanger Montierung von den Empfänger / Installation du récepteur Fit the receiver in the fuselage and protect it with some foam.
