17 -E N Back lightin g is provided by a fluoresce nt light built into the liquid crystal panel. The illumi nation con trol adjusts the brightness of the backlight ing based on the car ambient ligh ting for easier viewing .

20 -EN If an Alpine Ai-N ET Interrupt Box (NVE -K200) is connec ted to the unit, an Auxiliary Source wi ll be allowed to interrupt the current audio source. For example, you can listen to the voice guidance of your navigation syste m when it occurs even while you are playing a song stored in the USB memory.
