Installation Instructions BEFORE YOU BEGIN CAUTION: Read these instructions completely and carefully. THESE RANGES SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A SUITABLE OVERHEAD VENT HOOD.
I NSTALLATION I NSTRUCTIONS Please read these instructions before attempting to install this range Inspection and Unpacking Check the range carton for visible damage. If there is damage or even creases in the carton, contact the carrier, request an inspection and file the appropriate freight claim.
STEP 1 REMOVE PACKAGING Before moving t he rang e indoor s: Remove out er c arton and packing materi al from t he shipping base. The range is now ready f or removal from the wooden base. STEP 2 Due to the wei ght of these ranges , use a doll y wit h soft wheels to move t his range.
STEP 5 ELECTRIC CONNECTION This range must be supp lied wit h 120 vol t, 60 Hz. and connected to an individual, properly gr ounded branch circuit protect ed by a 15 amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse.

STEP 7 I NSTALLING THE B ACKGUARD – S EALED B URNER M ODELS N OTE : P LEASE READ ALL INSTR UCTIONS BEF ORE START ING INSTALL ATION . 7-1 Remove t he bu rner grat es, griddl e/gr ill and housin g. 7-2 From the f ront of the r ange, r emove the Philli p screws in the rear of ea ch burner p an (black p an where the top bur ners are lo cate d).

Be caref ul not t o damage the fl oor or entangle power cor d and gas fl exible tubing. 3. To adjust leveling legs, turn counter - clockwise to raise t he range; clockwise to lower.

STEP 12 OVEN OPERATION GAS OVEN • Turn oven t hermostat kn ob counter clockwise to 350°. • The oven burner shoul d light wit hin 60 seconds. GRIDDLE OPERATION • Turn griddl e thermost at knob counter cl ockwise t o 350°. • The griddl e burner s hould li g ht within 60 seconds.
STEP 14 CHECKLIST FOR SEALED BURNER INSTALLATION MAKE SURE ALL CONTROLS ARE IN THE “OFF” POSITION. Gas supply is “on” Electric power is “on” Check for proper seating of bur.
