10 ASSEMBL Y F J5246pr-0921 2 Hint: There is a r ight and a left front wheel. Place the r ight wheel (marked R) on the passenger side of the v ehicle, and the left wheel (marked L) on the driver side of the v ehicle . • Place a front wheel onto each front axle.

Bumper 11 • Fit the grille onto the bumper . • Push down to fit the tabs on the g rille into the slots in the bumper . Bumper Grille 12 • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws the top of the g rille.
13 ASSEMBL Y F J5246pr-0921 14 • Fit the headlights (left and right) onto the bumper . Headlights 15 • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the top edge of each headlight. Tighten the screws . Headlights 16 • Fit the door pegs onto the holes near the front end of the v ehicle.
14 ASSEMBL Y F J5246pr-0921 18 • Inser t three #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into each plate and tighten. 19 • Separate the radio and dash connector wires from the motor harness connector. • P osition the motor har ness connector towards the front of the vehicle and into the battery compar tment.
J5246pr-0921 15 22 • Inser t four #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws into the base of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws . 23 • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the sides of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws . • Close the doors on the v ehicle.
J5246pr-0921 16 ASSEMBL Y F 29 Steering Column Cap 26 • P osition the steer ing wheel so that the large opening is UP . • Fit the steering wheel onto the steer ing column. Steering Wheel Steering Column 27 • While pressing down on the steering wheel, grasp the steering column under the dash and pull it up as f ar as it will go .
17 J5246pr-0921 ASSEMBL Y F • Locate the FM Radio/Simulated CD Pla y er/Digital Cloc k on the dash. • Loosen both screws in the battery compar tment door . • Remov e the battery compar tment door . • Inser t four , new "C" (LR14) alkaline batteries.
33 • Inser t the fastener end of a short seat belt strap through the slot near the outer edge of the seat. Make sure the side of the seat belt with the f astener f aces the outer edge of the seat. • Pull the shor t seat belt strap completely through the slot until the last T -loop at the opposite end of the belt catches against the slot.
36 • Bef ore applying the labels, wipe the surf ace of the vehicle with a clean, dr y cloth to remov e an y dust or oils. • First apply the inside edge of a label to the back end of the vehicle . Ne xt, apply the outside edge of the label to the side of the vehicle .
40 • P osition the speaker bo x assembly o v er the bac k end of the v ehicle. • Plug both speaker connectors together . Hint: If the connectors do not fit together , do not force them. Simply turn one of them over and try again! 41 • Fit the speaker bo x assembly onto the vehicle .
Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the f ollowing guidelines i n mind: • W ash y our hands bef ore applying the labels . • Bef ore applying the labels, wipe the surf ace of the vehicle with a clean, dr y cloth to remov e an y dust or oils.
