4 2 • Slide a seat bottom tube thr ough each set of plastic rings on the seat bottom. 1 • Place the seat bottom face down on a flat surface. • At an angle, fit the footr est on the seat bottom, as shown.
5 5 Assembly 4 Insert Scr ews Her e Footrest • Insert two #1 0 x 2.2 cm black screws thr ough the footrest and into the seat bottom. Tighten the screws. #1 0 x 2.2 cm Black Screw - 2 5 • T urn the seat bottom assembly upright. • Fit the seat back pins into the openings in the top side of the seat bottom assembly .
6 6 6 Assembly 8 • Identify the back and fr ont base. The front base has tapered leg tubes. Y ou will use the back base for the next assembly step. Taper ed Leg Tube Back Base Front Base 9 Screw Retainer - 2 #1 0 x 2.2 cm Black Screw - 2 • P osition a frame so that the decorated side is outwar d.
7 7 7 Assembly 12 Front Leg Holes Screw Retainer - 2 #10 x 2.2 cm Black Scr ew - 2 • Insert the fr ame front legs onto the front base. • Fit a scr ew retainer over a hole in the front leg. • Insert a #1 0 x 7 / 8 " (2.2 cm) black scr ew through the scr ew retainer and fr ont leg.
8 8 8 Assembly Back and Bottom View Seat Bottom Tube Ends 14 Seat Height Adjuster s • Fr om the back and bottom of the assembly , insert a #8 x 1.9 cm screw thr ough both seat height adjusters and the ends of the seat bottom tube. Tighten the screws.
9 Assembly Shoulder P ortion 16 • Insert the cr otch belt through the slot in the pad. Make sure the crotch belt is not twisted. • Fold the top of the pad down. • Remove the shoulder portion of the waist/shoulder belts by feeding them through the slots in the seat back.
10 Assembly • Fit the str ap on the top of the headrest through the handle. • Fit the pad str ap through the handle and press it to the s mall fastener on the back of the seat. • Fit the headr est strap through the handle and pr ess it to the large fastener on the back of the seat.
11 11 Securing Y our Child IMPORTANT! Before each use, inspect this pr oduct for damaged hardwar e, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use if any parts are missing or br oken. Contact Mattel for replace- ment parts and instructions if needed.
12 12 Securing Y our Child 4 • To tighten the s houlder belts: Hold the adjuster and pull the front shoulder str ap down. • To loosen the s houlder belts: Slide the adjuster down. Note: After adjusting the restr aint system to fit your child, make sure you pull on it to be sur e it is securely fastened.

14 11 Release Bar Base Tr ay • While pushing the r elease bar on the front of the base tray , pull the tray base towar ds you and remove. Base Tr ay 12 • Fit the food tr ay into the base tray , as shown. Hint: Before use, thorougly wash all parts (the trays) that may contact food.
