F rame Seat PUSH Wheel Hub (Flat Side Down) Bushing (Groo ved Side Do wn) Straight Axle Assemb ly Bot tom Vie w • Place one end of the straight axle int o the cap nut. T ap the end of the straight axle with a hammer . Make sur e the cap nut is secur ely at tached t o the straight axle.
• Fit the t abs on the wheel cap into the slots in the wheel hub . P ush to " snap " the wheel cap in place . • Repeat this pr ocedure t o at tach the other wheel cap to the other wheel hub . • Fit t wo pedal hubs ont o the pedal axle tabs.
F ork P ost For k Covers • Inser t the fork post up through the hole in the nec k of the frame. Mak e sure the f or k is positioned so that the f ork cover s f ace the rear wheels . REAR OF TRIKE • Fit the handlebar fr ont t o the fork post. Hint: The handlebar front is designed to assemb le t o the f ork post one wa y .
