Battery Charging E 7 W ARNING • The batter ies must be handled b y adults only . The batteries are heavy and contain sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the batter ies could result in serious injur y . • Nev er allo w children to charge the batteries.
® • Plug the charger into a standard 120 v olt wall outlet. Note: If power flo w to the w all outlet is controlled by a s witch, make sure the s witch is “ ON ” . • Bef ore first-time use, charge the batteries f or at least 18 hours. Ne v er charge the batteries longer than 30 hours.
Assembly Do Not Omit An y Steps F • P osition the dash cover as sho wn. Make sure the three tabs are at the top . • Fit the ke y into the hole in the right side of the dash cov er . • Fit the knob into the hole to the left of the ke y . • Inser t a #6 x 3 / 8 " screw into the bac k of the ke y and into the back of the knob .
10 • Fit the cur ved end of the steering column into the hole in the front axle. Please Note: Y ou ma y need to straighten the v ehicle tires and rotate the steering column to fit it into the hole in the front axle. • Fit a cap nut onto the end of the steering column.
11 Assembly Please Note: The seat can be assembled in either of two positions f or your child ’ s comf or t. • Push down on the center of the seat and slide it to ward the rear of the v ehicle. • Align the screw holes in the bac k of the seat with the first or second set of holes in the v ehicle body .
Assembly T M • Inser t a #8 x 1" screw into each of the two inner screw holes in the top of the front b umper . • Tighten the screws with a Phillips scre wdriver . Do not ov er-tighten. • Inser t a #8 x 1" screw into each of the two outer screw holes in the top of the rear bumper .
• F ace the front of the vehicle. • Inser t the two tabs at the top of the grille into the slots in the front of the v ehicle body . • Press fir mly to snap the tabs into the slots. • Fit the two side tabs on the grille into the grille openings in the front of the vehic le body .

Battery Installation Important Note: Use only P ower Wheels ® T ype H batter- ies with P ower Wheels ® 30 amp fuses installed. Use of any other batteries or fuses will damage your v ehicle.
Battery Care and Disposal If a battery leak develops, av oid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged batter y in a plastic bag. See inf ormation below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or ey es, flush with cool water f or at least 15 minutes and call a ph ysician.
Rules for Safe Driving 10 ° Incline should never be more than 10° 5. Do not operate this v ehicle with more than one rider who is seated on the seating area. Check plastic par ts on a regular basis f or crac ks or broken pieces . • During snowy or rain y weather , the vehicle should be stored inside or under a protectiv e cov er .

New batteries should have been charged for at least 18 hours before using the vehicle for the first time. After first-time use, recharge the batteries for at least 14 hours after each use.
V ehicle was running but Loose wire or loose connectors Check all wir es and connectors. Make sure the battery suddenly stopped connector is tightly plugged into the motor harness connector , and that there ar e no loose wires around the motors.
