3 Installation instructions Height of island canopy The island canopy is designed f or 2440 mm high ceilings. The chimney is telescopic and is designed f or hood installations between 600 to 750 mm above the c ooking sur face. Ascertain the desired installation height of the island canopy .
4 Installation instructions Impor tant! An additional person will be required for Step 11 of this operation, or , a simple suppor t frame made to the correct dimensions will aid assembly of the island canopy . 1 Before c ommencement, unpack the island canopy and check that it functions correctly .
5 Installation instructions Control panel DELA Y OFF SWITCH : Enables the island canopy to remain on a lo w , mid or high speed for five minutes, to clear a way all residual cooking odours befor e switching off automatically.
6 Cleaning and maintenance Caution! Never use abrasiv e or oil based liquid cleaners. General maintenance The manufacturer is not liable for an y damage caused by not following these instructions. The island canopy should be cleaned regularly using warm wat er with soap or mild liquid detergents.
