This island canopy is not intended for use b y young children or infirm persons without supervision. Y oung children should be super vised to ensure that they do not play with the island canopy .

3 Installation instruc tions Height of island canopy The island canopy is designed f or 2440 mm high ceilings. The chimney is telescopic and is desig ned for hood installations between 600 to 750 mm abov e the cooking sur face . Ascertain the desired installation height of the island canopy .
4 Installation instruc tions Impor tant! An additional person will be required for Step 11 of this operation, or , a simple suppor t frame made to the correct dimensions will aid assembly of the island canopy . 1 Befor e commencement, unpack the island canopy and check that it functions correctly .
5 Installation instruc tions Contr ol panel DELA Y OFF SWIT CH : Enables the island canopy t o remain on a low , mid or high speed for five minutes, t o clear away all r esidual cook ing odours befor e switching off automatically .
6 Cleaning and maintenanc e Caution! Never use abr asive or oil based liquid cleaners. General maintenance The manufacturer is not liable for an y damage caused by not follo wing these instructions. The island canopy should be cleaned r egularly using warm water with soap or mild liquid detergents .
