2 Installation instructions Thank you f or purchasing a quality Fisher & P aykel wall canopy . Each wall canopy is tested and approved bef ore it leaves the factory, ensuring our high standard of quality contr ol is met.
3 Installation instructions Height of wall canopy The wall canopy is designed f or 2440 mm high ceilings. The chimney is telescopic and is designed f or wall canopy installations between 650 to 750 mm above the c ooking sur face. Ascertain the desired installation height of the wall canopy .
4 Installation instructions 1 Before c ommencement, unpack the wall canopy and check that it functions correctly . 2 Pre-drill pilot hole 3 mm diameter at dimensions C and B: B = 225 mm and C = 260 mm. Note: F ixing to a solid stud is recommended, see Fig .
5 Getting star ted quickly Control panel DELA Y OFF SWITCH : Enables the wall canopy to remain on a low , mid or high speed for fiv e minutes, to clear a way all residual cooking odours befor e switching off automatically.
6 Cleaning and maintenance Caution! Never use abrasiv e or oil based liquid cleaners. General maintenance The manufacturer is not liable for an y damage caused by not following these instructions. The wall canopy should be cleaned regularly using warm wat er with soap or mild liquid detergents.
7 Manufacturer ’ s warranty Y ou automatically receive a 2 year Manufacturer’ s W arranty with the purchase of this Product covering parts and labour for servicing within the countr y of purchase.
