Before First Use: • Before using for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water , dry thoroughly , and coat with a thin layer of oil (vegetable, canola, olive).

7 C AST ALUMINUM COOKW ARE Using The Removable Handles Certain models of the Fagor Cast Aluminum line such as the square grill, square griddle and the round skillets, feature a removable handle. T o remove handle (Fig.1): Hold the handle with one hand and twist counterclockwise the black end tip of the handle with the other hand.
8 C AST ALUMINUM COOKW ARE T o replace handle (see Fig.2): Slide the protruding rectangular metal end of the handle into the notch on the end of the body of your piece of cookware. Hold the handle in place and twist clockwise the black end of the tip of the handle until the handle is securely fastened.
