It may be used to ena ble all the port LEDs (out position) or conserve power by turnin g off the port LEDs (in position).

Remove all the items from the packaging and store the packaging material in a safe place. In the event a p roblem occurs and you need to return the unit, please use as much of the origina l shipping material as possible.
