8 Copying a Photo or Docume nt If you need to copy or scan a thick or large do cument, you can r emove the document c ov er . J ust open it and pull i t straight up. If you need to press the document flat while you copy or scan it, do not press too ha rd an d b e c a ref ul n o t to move it .

Copying 11 Making a Quick Copy If you want to make a copy quickly and do not need high quality , you can print a “ draft ” copy . The print qualit y is r educed, but the co py is printed f aste r . 1. Load up to 100 sheets of plain l e tter-size paper (s ee page 5 if you need instr uc tions) .

Select the photos you want to print wi th your camera. Then adjust any necessary sett ings and pr int your ph oto as explained in your camera manual.

Cleaning the Print Head 35 Cleaning th e Print Head If your pri ntouts are unexpectedly light or faint, or you notice light or dark bands across your printout, you may need to clean the print head. This unclogs the nozzles so they can deliver ink properly .
