Y ou can d efine a ny num ber of zones in the sy stem with any hierarchie s. When setti ng up a new config uration, make sure that one zone at least is created.

Access to those zones can be restricted only to the people on a list. Any n umber of zones can be def ined in the system an d the ir h ierarchies can be se t up as required.

The 2N Helios IP ® user g rou ps all ow fo r a n eas ier bu lk as sign men t of acc ess r ight s to mul tip le us ers. When establishing a new configuration, you are recommended to create one user group .

All the Zones group users will then have access to the zones selected. Set the zone access by ticking off the checkbox behind the zone name – the accessible zone is then marked green.
