The ODS/pilot shuts off the heater if there is not enough fresh air . IGNITION SYSTEM PIEZO: BF10LP/ IR10LP – The heater is equipped with a piezo manual ignitor .

Installation instructions and Owner’s Manual 7 1. Drill holes at marked locations using 5/16” drill bit. For solid walls (concrete or masonry), drill at least 1” deep. 2. Fold wall anchor as shown in figure 8 below . Figure 8. 3. Insert wall anchor (wings first) into hole.

Installation instructions and Owner’s Manual 9 Pressure T esting Heater Gas Connections: 1. Make sure that the heater supply piping system is connected and has been leak tested as described above. 2. Make sure control knob of heater is in OFF position.
