2.3 Inst allation Procedure The Movie cu be installation proc edure is outl ined belo w: Step 1 - Connecting the Pow er Supply (1) Follow the p icture and c onnect the A C adaptor to t he pla yer ’s DC IN jack ; (2) Follow the p icture and p lug in the A C adaptor to t he power out let.
Follow the A udio Con nect ion method as belo w: First m ethod: Use the audio out put from the A/V OUT jack ; Second m ethod: Use the a udio output f rom the S/PDI F optical jack . In this wa y , you can a lso enj oy videos, m usic, and photos in t he player on TV .
Step 3 - Connecting a US B Device o r Memory Card to the M ovie Cube 1. Connecting a USB Devi ce (1) Make s ure the player is powered o n; (2) Plug in the U SB stick or USB HDD etc. to the USB H OST port of this pla yer . In this wa y , you can bro wse c ontents on the USB de vice.

3. Main Menu 3.1 Setup Menu The Setup m enu allows you to personali ze and config ure the prefer ences for your pla yer . T o s elect a Setup option: - Select the Setu p icon on th e home sc reen - Use the UP / DOW N navigat ional buttons to se lect an o ption, and then pr ess ENTER .
Digital Output - Select to set Di gital Output (S/PDIF) m ode. Note : In raw m ode, Dolb y Digital, DTS, or MP EG sound can be bypassed to the HDMI TV or Digital amplifier .
3.1.3 Changing Net work Set tings Use this m enu to configure Ether net and W LAN (W ireless Local Are a Network ) settings. Wired LAN Setup - DHCP IP ( AUTO) Select to obtain IP address automatical ly . - FIX IP (MANUAL) Select to m anuall y input the IP Address, Subnet Mask , Default G ateway , and DN S Ser ver IP Address .
- Get Connectio n Mo de Choose between Infrastru cture ( AP) a nd Pe er to Peer ( Ad Hoc) . Press ENTER to go to next step, and pr ess RETU RN to canc el.
Input WEP / WP A Key Encryption ke y s can be inputted via the virtual ke yboard. Press the navigational buttons to select, ENTER to input, C APS to s witch between uppercase and lowercas e, < - to delete a characte r , - > to inser t a space, shift to m ake m ore symbols availabl e, and OK to confirm .

3.1.5 M iscellaneous Use this m enu to adjust m iscellaneous set tings. Slide Show Timing - Select to set th e interval tim e for photo slide show . T ransition Eff ect - Select to set th e transition effect for photo slide sh ow . Background M usic - Select to set th e backgroun d mus ic options while vie w pictures: Off / Folder / Pla ylist .

3.3 Photo Pla y back Enter into photo interf ace, only supported image files and f older will b e displa yed. T his pla yer supports JPG/JPEG/B MP/files. Y ou can navigate using a f ilter opt ion(Date, Fo lder , Re cent or All photo)b y s electi ng t he photo icon and using UP and DOW N button to scroll throug h the opt ions listed.

Press SEARCH butto n while browsi ng movie f iles in the m ovie library . 3.5 A ll Files The all f iles allo ws you to browse and pla y m usic, photo and m ovie f iles s tored on an ex ternal USB device, Card and Netw ork.

4. Media Libra ry Thanks to a powerful se arch engi ne, the librar y menu a llows you to s earch and br owse multimedia files stored on a n external US B HOST device in m ost easy wa ys.
5. Upgrading the Firmw are The firm ware is the operat ing s ystem (OS) installed on the de vice. F irm ware u pgrades can bring new f eatures, improv ements and bug f ixes. Please refer to System Update in chapter ‘ 3.1.4 Changing Sy stem Settings ’ for more details.
