INSTALLATION Hardware Installation T o connect this drive to your PC, y ou will need one SA T A port for the SA T A drive. 1. With the power to your PC disco nnected, remove the PC’s top cover . 2. Insert the drive into one of th e free 5¼" bays available for disk drives and secure it with screws to your PC.
9 Driver Installation Windows Environment This DVD writer is a Plug & Pl ay de vice and there is no need to install driver. Windows can automatically detect the drive and load the appropriate driver.
