1 Thank you For purchasing the Multi CD audio system from Scott. This uniquely designed product has a built-in vertical 3-CD player with a 40 track programmable memory and repeat playback. It also features a clock and great sounding digital tuning AM/FM stereo radio with 20 memory presets.
2 PREP ARA TION FOR USE Unpacking and Setup • Carefully remove the unit from the display carton and remove all packing material from the unit itself. • Remove any descriptive labels that may be found on either the front or top cabinet of the unit.

6 SETTING THE CLOCK While the unit is OFF (POWER button will be red), press the PROG/MEMORY button on the remote and the hours will blink. 1 Set the correct minute using the TUNING/SKIP/SEARCH ( ) or ( ) button. 4 When finished setting the hour, press the PROG/MEMORY button on the remote again and the minutes will blink.
7 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS Press the POWER button; the button color will change from red to green which means the unit is on. 1 Adjust the VOLUME ❶ and Preset Equalizer ❷ buttons as desired. 1 2 1 4 Select a station using the TUNING/SKIP/SEARCH ( ) or ( ) button.
8 Press the POWER button; the button color will change from red to green which means the unit is on. 1 Press the PROG/MEMORY button on the remote. 4 Press the TUNING/SKIP/ SEARCH ( ) or ( ) button to find the desired station. 3 Press the AM/FM Function button to select the radio.
9 Press the POWER button; the button color will change from red to green which means the unit is on. 1 Insert a CD into one or all of the compartments by g ently pressing a disc, label side up, onto the spindle until it locks in place. Close the CD doors and the total number of tracks and playing time on the disc will appear on the display.
10 During CD playback, if you wish to pause the disc momentarily, press the PLAY/PAUSE ( ❿ ) button again. Playback stops but the disc continues to spin and the elapsed time flashes in the CD Display. 1 Press the PLAY/PAUSE ( ❿ ) button again to release Pause and resume normal CD playback.
11 To repeat all of the inserted discs continuously, press the REPEAT button ❶ once. “ALL DISC” will appear in the display. Press the PLAY/PAUSE ( ❿ ) button ❷ to begin all discs repeat. 1 2 1 To repeat a single track, press the REPEAT button ❶ a third time.
12 Press the TUNING/SKIP/ SEARCH ( ) or ( ) button ❶ or the Number buttons ❷ on the remote to select the first track that you wish to program. 13 With a CD is inserted, press the INTRO button; “INTRO” will appear in the display. The unit will automatically play the first 10 seconds of each track. 1 When you hear a song you would like to continue listening to, press the INTRO button again.
14 INST ANT PLA YBACK If listening to the radio or auxiliary input, simply press one of the CD buttons (1,2,3) and the unit will automatically play the respective CD. TO CANCEL SLEEP TIMER To cancel, simply press the SLEEP button again until “SLEEP’ disappears from the display.

. Caring for Compact Discs • Treat the disc carefully. Handle the disc only by its edges. Never allow your fi ngers to come in contact with the shiny, unprinted side of the disc. • Do not attach adhesive tape, stickers, etc. to the disc label. • Clean the disc periodically with a soft, lint-free, dry cloth.
