– 13 – EN 1L25 PLA YING A DVD VIDEO OR AN AUDIO CD Getting started T urn on the power of the TV , amplifier and any other components which are connected to the DVD player . (Change the input system to suit the DVD player , and check that the sound volume is correct.
– 14 – EN 1L25 USING THE TITLE MENU W ith a DVD containing a title menu, you can select desired titles from the menu. 1 Press the TITLE button. ¡ The title menu will appear . 2 Select the desired title. ¡ Press the arrow buttons ( L / K / B / s ) to change the setting, and then press the ENTER button.
1 Press the FWD g or REV h b utton dur- ing playbac k. ¡ For DVDs, pressing the FWD g or REV h but- ton cycles the playback speed in four steps. In case of DVDs, the sound will mute. ¡ For audio CDs, the playback speed is × 16 fixed. 2 Press the PLA Y button to return to normal playbac k speed.

– 17 – EN 1L25 REPEA T 1 Press the REPEA T button. For DVDs ¡ A single title or chapter is played back repeatedly . ¡ Pressing the REPEA T button cycles the display on the screen as follows. For audio CDs ¡ The whole disc or a single track is played back repeatedly .
– 18 – EN 1L25 PROGRAM (Audio CD) 1 Press the MODE button in stop mode. ¡ The program screen will appear . CD PROGRAM TIME 0:00:00 1/1 RANDOM : MODE EXIT : RETURN START: PLAY DELETE : CLEAR -- 2 Press the numeric b uttons to enter the desired track n umbers.

– 21 – EN 1L25 SETTINGS CHANGING THE AUDIO LANGUAGE OR SOUND MODE The DVD player has a function which allows you to select the desired audio language and sound mode. For DVDs Press the A UDIO button during pla yback, and then press the A UDIO button to select the desired audio language.
– 22 – EN 1L25 CHANGING THE CAMERA ANGLE (Multi-Angle Pictures) The DVD player has a function which allows you to select the desired camera angle. 1 Press the ANGLE button during pla yback. ¡ If the disc contains sequences recorded from differ- ent camera angles, the angle icon ( ) will appear at the top-right of the screen.

TIME: Elapsed time of the current title on remaining time of the current title. Y ou can check the information about the disc by pressing the DISPLA Y button on the remote control.

ANGLE ICON (Default : ON) Display or not display the Angle icon on the screen. AU TO PO WER OFF (Default : ON) Set or not set to turn off after the screen saver is started and no keys are pressed for 30 minutes. BA CKGROUND COLOR (Default : BLUE) Select blue or gray .

DRC (Def ault : OFF) On : DRC (Dynamic Range Control) ¡ This function is for controlling the range of sound volume.
When “P ARENT AL LEVEL” is selected ¡ Press the K / L buttons to select an item from “ALL” or 8 to 1 and then press the ENTER button. When “CHANGE” is selected ¡ Press the numeric buttons to enter the 4 digits pass- word. Then press the ENTER button.
