8 DATE DISPL AY To see the correct month and date, depress the CD DISPL A Y/D A TE button, the display changes from ‘ Time ’ to ‘ Date ’ . The month and date are expressed numerically in the MM/DD format. For example, January 27th will be displayed as ‘ 1 27 ’ .

12 CHECKING THE WA KE UP TIMES Whenever you want to check the wake up time settings, simply set either the AL 1 or AL 2 selector to the ‘ ADJ ’ position. The display will change from normal time to wake up time. Return the AL 1 or AL 2 selector switch to the or ‘ ON ’ or ‘ OFF’ position, and the display will revert to normal time.

15 PROGRAMMED PLA YBACK You can program a CD to play only the tracks you want to hea r, in the specific order that you want them to pla y . A maximum of 20 tracks can be programmed. Note: You cannot program the CD memory while the disc is playing. If the disc is playing press the STOP button to stop playback.
16 ALARM OPERA TION • You have 3 wake up options: Wake to radio; Wake to the CD player; or Wake to an electronic ‘ chirp ’ alarm. Please note that whichever option you choose will apply to both Alarm 1 and Alarm 2. • Check the alarm time settings and the alarm mode setting and adjust them if necessary.
17 WAKE TO THE RADIO 1.) Set the MUSIC – BUZZ switch to ‘ MUSIC ’. 2.) Set the Function selector to AM, FM, or FM S T. 3.) Set the AL 1, or AL 2, or both selectors to ‘ ON ’ .
