7 Remove T r ansport P ackaging The appliance and the interior fittings ar e protected for tr ansport. ☞ 1. Pull off the adhesive tape on the left and right side of the door . 2. Remove all adhesive tape and packing pieces fr om the interior of the appliance.

9 Installation P ower S upply A corr ectly installed, earthed socket is requir ed for the electrical sup- ply . The supply must have a fuse rating of at least 1 0 Amps. If the socket is not accessible once the appliance is built in, the electrical installation must include suitable means of isolating the appliance fr om the mains (e.

13 Description of the appliance ACTUAL temper ature means: The temper ature display indicates the temper ature that is curr ently pr esent in the refriger ator . The ACTUAL temper ature is indicated by continuously illuminated number s. T emperatur e Display The temper ature display can indicate sever al pieces of information.
14 Description of the appliance Installation of the char coal filter On delivery the char coal filter is placed in a plastic bag to secure the length of life of the charcoal filter . The filter should be placed behind the flap befor e the appliance is turned on.
15 Prior to Initial Start–Up Please clean the appliance interior and all accessories prior to initial start-up (see section: “ Cleaning and Car e ” ). Standby time The oil for automatic lubrication contained in the compr essor may flow into the r efrigeration cir cuit if the appliance is transported in an inclined position.
16 In the LONGFRESH 0 ° C compartment the temper atur e is controlled automatically . It stays constantly at about 0 ° C, no adjustment is neces- sary .
