There ar e two recessed handles at the fr ont of the base and at the back of the appliance at the top for improved gripping. 0 1. Grip the appliance with the recessed handles positioned as in the draw- ing, and transport the appliance.
Before Use 818 19 88-01/8 9 2. Remove the transport pr otection pieces and pull off the adhesive tape. 3. Wash the inside of the appliance with lukewarm water with a little bicarbonate of soda added (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). Do not use soap or detergent as the smell may linger .

Installation 818 19 88-01/8 13 Installation of the carbon filter On delivery the carbon filter is placed in a plastic bag to ensure the length of life of the carbon filter . The filter should be placed behind the grill before the cabinet is t urned on.

Carefully remove the door to the front and place on one side.
