Muting the ringtone Press the ke y once while the telephone is ringing. Answer the call by pr essing the ke y. Rejecting a call Press the ke y once or the key twice. 3.4 During the call A vailable functions During a call, you can use your directory , your diary, shor t messages, etc.
20 Besides, you can switch the audio speech fr om a Bluetooth audio device to handset or accessories (car kit, headset, …) when connected. Press the left softk ey “ Options ” and select “ T ransfer sound ”. During a call, if you try to send a message , it will be stored in the " Unsent " folder instead of being sent.

Sending your dir ectory file via Infrared Select the file you wish to transfer and place y our phone or PD A opposite the other phone’s InfraRed port. Select “ Options/Send/Infrared ” and the transfer will tak e place . Receiving the file Y ou must activate the infrared via “ Menu/Extras/Infrared ” to retrie ve files.
31 6.2 Creating a file Select the directory in which you wish to create a file, press the “ Options ” softkey , select “ Create file ” then . Y ou can sav e the data you have enter ed at any time by pressing the “ Options ” softkey and choosing “ Sav e & quit ”.

6.4 Creating a new dir ector y From the pr oduct directory , press the “ Options ” softkey and select “ Create directory ”, confirm using the ke y, then name your new directory . Y ou can create up to 13 new dir ectories. Y ou can delete only those directories that you cr eated, by selecting “ Delete directory ”.
7 Messag es: SMS, MMS .............................. From y our telephone, you can read, write, send messages and share them with other devices: “ Te xt/SMS ”, “ Multimedia/MMS ”.
7.1 Creating SMS/MMS (1) From the main menu select “ Messages/Cr eate message ”. Yo u can type a message but you can also modify a predefined message or customise your message, by adding pictures, photos, sounds, title, etc. While writing, select “ Options ” to access to all the messages options.
Creating V ox MMS (V oice memo) From the main menu, select “ Messages/Create messag e/V oice/V ox MMS ”. This function allows you to send a vocal message quickly without ha ving to write . The recipient is not disturbed and simply r eceives a normal MMS (1) .
Receiving and reading SMS/MMS When you receiv e a new message, the following message is displayed: “ Y ou received a new messa ge! ”, a beep sounds, the icon shows up, a line with the number of messages appears on the screen. Select this line and press to read it directly fr om the main screen.

8.4 Clock Y ou can display tw o clocks (local and remote) at the same time on the main screen. Go first to the “ Clock type ” icon and select the “ 2 clocks ” option. Then go back to the “ Clock set up ”, select “ Local clock ”, choose a city and confirm.
8.5 Ke ys (1) 8.5.1 Softke ys/ key (1) These ke ys hav e predefined functions, which var y from one model to another (operator services, games access, or Games & Applications, ...). Y ou can customise (1) them, assigning the functions you wish to each key .

55 9.2 Alarms Access this feature by selecting “ Extras ” from the main menu, then “ Alarms ”. Alarm clock First set the alarm frequency (daily or only once), then enter the time and date and confirm by pressing the key . Y ou can also enter the purpose of the alarm and then confirm with the ke y .
When the alarm is set, the icon is displayed on the main screen.The alarm will sound whether the handset is switched on or off and can be switched off by pr essing any k ey . If the antenna (Music control) is not plugged in, when the radio alarm rings, a default melody will be used instead of the radio station.

9.10 Alarms list Access this feature by selecting “ Extras ” from the main menu, then “ Alarms list ”.
