4 OPERA TION Bef ore using Remov e all securing tapes. Wash inside the appliance with luke warm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water).
5 In order to freeze the quantity indicated on the rating plate, arrange the f ood directly in contact with the cooling surf aces. If the f ood is frozen in the baskets , the maximum quantity that can be frozen is slightly less.
6 • K eep the time between buying chilled f ood and placing it in your fridge as shor t as possible . T ests showed that the temper ature of 1 litre of orange juice rose to 22°C in an hour between the super market and home . It then took 11 hours to get down to 7°C in the refrigerator .
