28 Siemens Hearing Instruments Cell Phone Compatibility Some hear in g in str ument users have reported a buzzin g so und in t heir hear in g in str uments when t hey are usin g cell phones, indicatin g t hat t he cell phone and hear in g in str uments may not be compatible.
