3 GETTING STARTED 1. Carefully remove the ba ck panel cover by twi sting it counter -clockwise. This enables easier access to t he LAN port and the po wer adapter. 2. Plug one end of an Ethernet cable into th e device ’ s Et hernet port, plug the other end into you r computer ’ s Ethe rnet port.

However, remember that for the device to function as a wireless access point, it must con nect to the root ro uter or switch with an Ethernet cable.
