Firmly gr ip throttle handle and throttle trigger lock out with left hand. Rapidly pull recoil star ter handle/rope (D) until engine fires.

Use long he x wrenches and sockets with extensions when tightenin g blade screws and blade lock nuts to kee p hands at a safe distance from sha rp blades.
