17 4. System Diagram The typical connection diagram fo r t he entire PV system is sh own in the following figure. 1. PV Panel : Provide DC power to inverter . 2. EA TON ETN1000 / ETN2000 PV Inverter converts DC (Direct Current) power from PV panel(s) to AC (Alternating Current) power .
Edition 1.6E, 2010/06 18 5. Operating Y our PV -Inverter Modes of operation There are 3 dif f erent mode s of operation. 1. Normal mode : In this mode, Inverter wo rks normally . Whenever the supplied power from PV p anel is sufficient (volt age>150VDC), Inverter convert s power to the grid as generat ed by the PV panel.
19 Front Panel arrangement LED There are 2 LED’ s o n Inverter , one is green and the other i s red. Normally , only the green LED switch es on during operation. Their indicated status is expl aine d as follows: 1. Power on (green LED): It lights to in dicate that Inverter is runni ng.
Front Panel Operating Inverter is quite easy . During normal operation, Inverter runs automatically . However , to achieve maximum conversion ef ficien cy of Inverter , please read through the following information: 1. Automatic ON-OFF: Inverter star t s up automatically when DC -power from the PV panel is suf ficient.
Repeatedly press the fun ction key until the desired display is reached. Release the key and press again for more than 2 second until you see “Lock”, release the key; the information remain s on the display . T o change the display ag ain, please press the key as indicate d in above section 3.
