3 ENGLISH THE REMOTE CONTROL Inserting batteries Detach the batter y cov er on the rear of the remote control and inser t two R6 (size AA) batteries. When to replace the batteries The maximum operational distance between the remote control and the sensor in the displa y window should be approximately 5 meters (16 feet).
En ENGLISH 4 PREP ARA TIONS CD PLA YING CD PLA YING BASIC OPERA TIONS LO ADING DISCS Press the z OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc compartment. Load disc(s) with the label side up. T o load one or two discs, place the disc(s) on the tra y(s) in the direction of the arrows as illustrated.
5 ENGLISH Replacing discs during pla y While one disc is pla ying, the other discs can be replaced without interrupting play . 1 Press the DISC CHANGE(CHANGE) button. T wo discs can be replaced. 2 Remov e the discs and replace with other discs. T o replace the other two discs, press the DISC CHANGE (CHANGE) button again.
ENGLISH 6 En PROGRAMMED PLA Y The CD play er has a built-in memor y function that allows pla y of up to 32 memory banks over fiv e discs in any order . Each of 32 memory banks can be one track or one whole disc. 1 Press the PRGM/CHECK button in stop mode.
7 ENGLISH AI EDIT RECORDING The AI EDIT function lets you record trac ks from one disc without worrying about tape lengths and track lengths . When you insert a CD , the unit automatically calculates trac k lengths. If necessar y , it rearranges the order of trac ks, so that no trac k is cut shor t.
ENGLISH 8 En PROGRAMMED EDIT RECORDING This function lets you progr am trac ks to be recorded from all of the discs, in an y order . The remaining time on each side of the tape is displa yed as you prog ram the trac ks. Use the remote control. 1 Prepare for recor ding.
9 ENGLISH CARE AND MAINTENANCE Occasional care and maintenance of the unit and the software are needed to optimize the perf or mance of your unit. T o clean the cabinet Use a soft cloth lightly moistened with mild detergent solution. Do not use strong solv ents such as alcohol, benzine or thinner .

3 ESP A Ñ OL CONTROL REMOTO Inserci ó n de las pilas Extraiga la tapa de las pilas en la par te trasera del control remoto e inser te dos pilas R6 (tama ñ o AA). Cu á ndo cambiar las pilas La distancia de funcionmiento m á xima del control remoto y del sensor en la unidad principal es de 5 metros, apro ximadamente.
E ESPA Ñ OL 4 REPRODUCCION DE CD FUNCIONES BASICAS CARGA DE DISCOS Presione el bot ó n z z z z z OPEN/CLOSE para abrir el compartimiento de discos. Cargue uno o v arios discos con la etiqueta hacia arriba. Para insertar uno o dos discos, col ó quelos en las bandejas en la direcci ó n de las flechas como muestra la ilustr aci ó n.
5 ESP A Ñ OL Cambio de los discos durante la repr oducci ó n Pueden cambiarse los dem á s discos sin interrumpir la reproducci ó n del disco actual. 1 Presione el bot ó n DISC CHANGE. Es posible reemplazar dos discos . 2 Retire los discos y c á mbielos por otros.
ESPA Ñ OL 6 E REPRODUCCION PROGRAMADA El reproductor de discos compactos tiene una f onci ó n de memoria incor porada que le permite reproducir hasta 32 bancos de memoria de cinco discos en cualquier orden. Cada uno de los 32 bancos de memoria puede consistir en una canci ó n o en todo un disco .

ESPA Ñ OL 8 E GRABACI Ó N DE EDICION PROGRAMADA Esta funci ó n le permitir á programar las canciones para grabar tam á ndolas de todos los discos del compr timiento de discos compactos, en cualquier orden. El tiempo restante de cada cara de la cinta se visualizar á cuando programe las canciones .
