9. FLUE ARRANGEMENT Flue Baf fle The flue baffle (4, fig. 1 0) must be in position in the central tube of the boiler , suspended on its suppor t wire so that the lower end of the baffle is 75 mm (3") above the bottom of the central tube ov er the burner .

6 When the opening has been made in the carav an wall, the ext ension tube (F) may need to be shor tened to suit the par ticular installation. T o determine if this is necessary , fit the flue top (G) to the top of the central tube of the boiler casing and secure it by means of the screw (H).
7 b) Mains V oltage Connection For connection to a 230V electricity-supply , the refrigerator has a 3- core mains lead which is intended for connection to a oroperly earthed plug and socket outlet . The socket outlet should be fitted in the carav an in a position readily accessible to the user , within reach of the mains lead.
8 After the refrigerat or has been connected, all accessible connectons should be checked for soundness by applying a soap/water solution ov er them and watching for bubbles with, of course, the bas-bottle and any gas cocks in the line, turned on. DO NO T USE A FL AME.
9 In a caravan on tow , the usual con tinuous r olling and pitching motion, ev en on long hill climbs, will not normally cause the operation of the cooling unit to be affected unduly , but when the carav an is at rest for more than about half an hour , a list of more than about 3º in any direction may interfere with the operation.
