3 NDA 1402 Rear view equipment used for text reference GENERAL INSTRUCTION This appliance is designed for storage of foods and storage of frozen foods and making ice. This appliance is certified under the latest edition of ANSI Z21.19•CSA 1.4 Refrigerators using gas fuel.

LED Display Panel FREEZER FRIDGE The LED panel displays preferably temperatures in the refrigera- tor and current modes of operation.
5 INST ALLA TION VENTILA TION The installation shall be made in such a manner as to separate the combustion system from the living space of the mobile home or recreational vehicle. Openings for air supply or for venting of combustion products shall have a minimum dimension of not less than 1/4 inch.
6 INST ALLING REFRIGERA TOR IN ENCLOSURE Securing the Refrigerator After the refrigerator is put in place, (ensuring a com- bustion seal at the front frame), the refrigerator is to be secured in the enclosure with six screws (not included).
7 Step 2: T wo screws inst alled in the top frame. Open the doors and fasten the refrigerator with two screws through the holes underneath the top decoration panel. See FIG . 7. TESTING LP GAS SAFETY SHUT OFF The gas safety shut off must be tested after the re- frigerator is connected to LP gas supply.

9 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANCE OF LEVELING A REFRIGERATOR In an absorption refrigerator system, ammonia is lique- fied in the finned condenser coil at the top rear of the refrigerator.

12 Manual defrost If desired this refrigerator can be set to defrost manual at any time. Usually a defrost cycle takes about 1 hour but is depending on the amount of frost and could therefore vary from time to time. 1. Before entering manual defrost mode, switch of f the refrigerator with the ON/OFF key .
13 HOW T O USE THE REFRIGERA T O R FOOD STORAGE COMP ARTMENT The food storage compartment is completely closed and unventilated, which is necessary to maintain the required low temperature for food storage. Consequently , foods having a strong odor or those that absorb odors easily should be covered.
14 ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT HEA TERS The heat necessary for the operation of an absorption cooling unit is supplied by an electric heater mounted in a pocket of the boiler system. This model is equipped with a series connected twin heater . T o replace the heater proceed as follows: 1.
15 ICE MAKER GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND OPERA TION 1. The refrigerator must be connected to 120 volts AC before the ice maker can operate. The water valve supplying the refrigerator must be turned on, and the ice level bail arm in the fully down position.
16 6. Connect compressed air onto the inlet fitting of the water solenoid valve. See FIG . 14. Apply AC power to the solenoid valve by forcing the ice maker mold assembly through several harvest cycles. Remove the plastic cover from the mold assembly .
17 D. Inspect the flue baf fle. It should be reasonably clean and free of soot. Heavy soot formation indicates im- proper functioning of the burner . The flue and burner both require cleaning in the following manner: 1. Unplug the refrigerator power cord from the 120 volt AC outlet.

21 Put a screwdriver into the slot of the shelf lock. Turn the screwdriver counterclockwise. Remove the shelf locks from the wire shelf. Slide the wire shelf to the lef t. The right-hand side of the shelf will come loose. Lower the right-hand side of the wire shelf and let the left-hand side slide out of the holes in the wall.
