4.6 Basic Setting Basic Setting have Primary Setup, DHCP Server , and Wi reless setting fun ctions. 4.6.1 Primary Setup – LAN IP Addre ss Entering the IP Address: default ip is 192.168.1. 254, you can change ip address in t his field and Press “Save” 4.

4.6.3 W ir eless Setting, 802.1X se tting and WDS W ireless settings allow you to set the wireless configuration items. 1. Wir eless : The user ca n enable or disalbe wireless function. 2. Network ID (SSID) : Network ID is used for identifying the Wireless LAN (WLAN).
6. 802.1X Setting 802.1 X Check Box was used to switch the fun ction of the 802.1X. When the 802.1X function is enabled, the W ireless user must authenticate to this router first to use the Network service. RADIUS Server IP address or t he 802.1X server’ s domain-na me.

4.6.4 MAC Address Contr ol (Basic Setting Æ Wir eless Setting) MAC Address Control allows you to assi gn different access right for dif ferent users and to assign a specific IP address to a certain MAC address. MAC Address Control Check “Enable” to enable the “MAC Address Contro l”.
"Control tabl e" is the table at the bott om of the "MAC Addr ess Control" page. Each row of this table indicates the MA C address and the e xpected IP addre ss mapping of a client. There are four columns in th is table: MAC Address MAC address indicates a spec ific client.

b. In the Gateway tab, add the IP address of this product (default IP is 192.168.1 .254) in the New gateway field a nd click Add button. c. In the DNS Configuration tab, add th e DNS valu es which are prov ided by the ISP into DNS Server Search Order field and click Add button.
